Nathan Chantob

Portrait painter of the human being, Nathan Chantob, born in Vincennes in 1991, is a young emerging painter who draws his strengths from the subject and in fact springs an emotion without make-up. From Egon Schiele to Lucian Freud, Edvard Munch or anonymous persons his influences are varied as well as his color range.

If in the "environment of the art" we consider that a work must be intellectually justifiable, Nathan protects his creativity and his instinct by bewaring any speech and any theorization.
Allying various techniques and using all the materials he deceives rules and other conventions to paint works which address directly the heart and the soul.
